We know that sometimes it can be difficult to attend a clinic. Our home visiting service allows you to see an expert GP within the comfort of your own home. Your doctor can take a full history, perform a physical examination, organise any tests required and can issue prescriptions on-site.

Why book a private GP home visit?
Our team can organise an experienced private doctor to visit you in your home, place of work or even in a hotel. You will of course get the same high quality service as our clinics, but with the convenience of your own home. This service may be ideal for those who are feeling too unwell to attend the clinic.
During your private GP home visit, the doctor will take a history of your presenting concerns, of your presenting concerns followed by full physical examination. Our doctors are able to perform a wide variety of tests on home visits, including blood tests, urine tests and swabs. They can also refer you on for further investigation at one of our partner local hospitals if needed.

One our expert private GPs will visit you in your home. They will conduct a full history and physical examination if needed.
You can use your home visit to talk to the doctor about any mental or physical health symptoms you’ve been having, and explore how these are affecting your life.

PLAN NEXT STEPS WITH YOUR DOCTOR
Your GP will make a management plan with you, which may involve further tests, a private prescription or referral to a specialist.
Your doctor will also be able to issue any letters, prescriptions or referrals which are agreed on during the home visit.
Our fees for home visits
We have a clear pricing structure for our private GP home visits to help you plan the cost of your healthcare. Our prices include the doctors visit and any prescription or letters that result from the home visit. Any laboratory tests performed or medications dispensed during the visit are charged extra.

We do not operate an emergency service
If you are experiencing a medical emergency for example chest pain, shortness of breath, suspected stroke, uncontrolled bleeding or severe abdominal pain then our service is not suitable.

Many common medical issues can be dealt with within your home, for example migraines, sickness, viral infections, ear and respiratory tract infections amongst others. We apply the same levels of excellent service and care to our home visit as we do to when we see patients in clinic.

We are a dispensing clinic and therefore can provide medications in an urgent situation during home visits. If the doctor does not have the medication you require then they can issue an immediate prescription which you can collect from any local pharmacy. Please note that we do not this dispense or prescribe controlled drugs on home visits

Yes - In most cases the doctor can take a blood sample during your visit and have it couriered to the laboratory for urgent analysis. Results are often available within 24 hours.

If you are asking “how do I pay for a private GP appointment” then rest assured there is no need to worry. Our invoices are fully integrated with all major payment providers, so you can use your visa, mastercard, american express, diners club or even international credit or debit cards. We also accept apple pay and google pay.
If paying with a credit or debit card is not your preferred option, we are also able to accept bank transfers.
We do not currently accept cash or cheques.

If your visiting private GP feels that a specialist opinion is needed, they will discuss this with you at the time. We have excellent partnership arrangements with top London private hospitals and can often arrange same-say specialist referral for our patients.
